RETURNS
Have confidence in ordering with Egyptiancottonkingdom.com. If you are dissatisfied with any of our Egyptian Cotton Products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt less shipping costs (if applicable) and a refund will be credited back to your credit card or PayPal Account. All Items must be returned in original condition without changes (e.g. taking set out of zipper bags). Once an item has been taken out of the bag and unfolded it is unresalable and non returnable. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that have been used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: Sheets, Duvets, Comforters and pillow cases for refund or credit. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions as you will need to be issued with an authorization number to be included with your return shipment. RMA# must be on the outside of the packet as well as on all documentation. Any returns with out a valid RMA# from us will be charged $20.00 as handling fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs in an exchange. Any questions in regards to returns please email our friendly customer service any time. This policy does not apply to Special Orders or Italian Linens. For information on Special Orders and Italian bedding items please see information below.
ITALIAN LINENS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
For Italian Linens and Special sized orders cancellations are not accepted after order has been received by Egyptian Cotton Kingdom. All Italian Linens and special sized items are NON-RETURNABLE. Refunds or credits will not be issued on special order items. However, if you receive a special order and it is the wrong color, wrong size, damaged or is defective, the item will be repaired if necessary or replaced at no cost to you. Some special orders may take 2 – 6 weeks before shipping. Please email customer service if you have any questions on “Special Orders”, Italian Linens or non-returnable items.
WARRANTIES
All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JMB Ventures. Egyptian Cotton Kingdom is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Although good care is taken with each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty you will receive a replacement or be issued with a full refund if requested. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Egyptian Cotton Kingdom at no charge. Please read the care label sewn onto your product for laundry instructions, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if laundry instructions have not been adhered to and product has been damaged during the wash.

Shipping worldwide is a flat rate of $40. Shipping with US $9.99.
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed). On the rare occassion some items may be temporarily out of stock due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstances, if so we will contact you on any item that is "out of stock" you can then choose either to replace your original request with another similar product or it can be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our New York warehouse.

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
